Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Please allow 4-8 weeks for your order to be made before it is shipped to you. UK orders are sent with a 1-2 day delivery window, occasionally there can be minor delays in some areas of the UK due to COVID-19.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for your order to be made before it is shipped to you. Depending on your country, most parcels arrive within 1-2 weeks. However, some areas are still being affected by COVID-19, causing longer delivery windows.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be responsible for paying any customs charges that may apply upon entry to your country.
as a one woman business unfortunately I just can't afford to front shipping costs due to errors that are not my own. please carefully read our shipping policies before placing an order.
if a courier has made multiple failed attempts to deliver your parcel and it is returned to sender, you will not be eligible for a refund on your original shipping cost and will be liable to pay a repeat shipping charge to receive your item/s.
please make sure you provide the correct delivery info, as you will not be eligible for a refund if your parcel gets lost for this reason. courier services are usually responsible for delivering to an address rather than to an individual, so it can be difficult to retrieve a parcel that gets delivered to an old address. consider sending a mail redirect request from your old address to your new address to avoid this issue.
if a parcel is declared lost by the courier service due to no fault of your own, you should be eligible for a full refund on your order.
once your parcel has been shipped, it is no longer in my hands and I am not responsible for its whereabouts — I will not be able to predict/guarantee delivery dates or give updates on behalf of our couriers. if delays occur, this is not in my control.
if your parcel is taking longer to arrive than expected, please try to be patient. there are still very real delays in many areas of the world due to COVID-19 and now Brexit, too.
I hope you never need to return an item to me — I want you to love every piece you buy! because of the made to order nature of the shop, my budget is very modest and returns are not encouraged.
you may be eligible for a refund if your item/s:
are not as advertised
arrive incorrectly manufactured
you will not be eligible for a refund if:
you decide you no longer want the item/s
you are experiencing fit issues despite the item/s being as advertised
you have damaged the item/s
your parcel was not delivered to you due to your error e.g. providing the wrong address, missing delivery attempts/failing to retrieve from delivery centre. you will be subject to paying a charge for redelivery.
you want to cancel your order or don’t want to wait any longer for your item/s
in the case of a return, it will always be the customer’s responsibility to safely post items back to the studio. this cost is not worked into the price of my garments and must be covered by you.
